Hotpot AI is a closed community — an invitation-only circle of leaders in AI. Every member receives a numbered black card. Every month, one hotpot party.
Illustrative card · permanent number · non-transferable
What actually works in production. Model choices, infra trade-offs, benchmarks that survived contact with users.
Hiring, teams, careers across borders. Who is building what, and who needs whom.
Deals, customers, market entry. Introductions made in real names, with real accountability.
The hotpot is the main line, not a side event. Same city, same table, every month. A hotpot cannot be rushed — that is the design. Introductions, business, technology and work simmer while the pot does.
No handles. Every member verified by real name and professional identity — your public work, your community, or a current member's referral.
You are invited by the circle, or referred by a member who vouches for you. Organizers confirm every candidate personally.
Each chapter issues at most 88 cards. When No.0088 of a chapter is claimed, that chapter closes — no seat is ever sold.
Your card number is permanent and non-transferable. Low numbers stay low.
Membership is by invitation only. Tell us who you are — every application is reviewed by a human.
